Delta Ecopod
Ecopod is a Fixed Bed Bio-Reactor treatment plant, designed to significantly reduce nitrogen, BOD, and TSS utilizing microbiology present in the wastewater. The ECOPOD houses and engineered plastic media completely contained and submerged in the reactor, which is specifically designed to facilitate biofilm growth.

Why Ecopod
Ecopod comes in a wide variety of sizes. Ranges start at 500 gpd to 6000 gpd in a single tank but can be combined to larger flows. For example residential strength waste one Ecopd E600 can treat equivalent to four 1500 gallon per day Activated Sludge Plants or your common Aerobic Unit.
Ecopod can be done in precast concrete tanks, polypropylene tanks, steel tanks above and below ground and pour in place tanks.
More economical long term. The use of regenerative blowers last many years longer than a air compressor that is more common in a residential ATU.
Due to the quality of effluent will make your water pumps last longer and your distribution method last longer due to not getting clogged with debris which is a common problem with your normal ATU.
No more odors. Your Ecopod system will be appropriately sized for you BOD strength and not just off of flow rates which is a common mistake by many designers, inspectors and installers. Every one of our Ecopod systems will be reviewed by our Infiltrator Engineers for proper design.
