Residential Delta Ecopod

 Delta ECOPOD Advanced Wastewater Treatment Units are an innovative approach to onsite wastewater disposal where nitrogen reduction is required. The ECOPOD technology has been tested under NSF/ANSI 40 and 245 with an average nitrogen reduction of greater than 50% and met and exceeded Class 1 requirements with an average effluent quality of 9 mg/L BOD5 and 8 mg/L TSS. 

Your most common system on the market just uses air and a cheap air compressor.  Ecopod uses a regenerative blower and media that cleans the water efficiently using a fixed film process that survives under harsher conditions and will continue to operate even on infrequent use situations.  The biological material that grows on the Ecopod attracts debris or bacteria and eats away at it in this stage which results in clean water entering your pump tank instead of just trying to settle it out in a clarifier which is what is common in this market and causes sludge to develop in a pump tank.  Your parts such a blower unit lasts up to 20 years compared to a air compressor around 5 years.  You water pumps last much longer because no sludge build up in pump tank when operated under normal conditions.  Pumping is less frequent because of larger trash tank and no to very little sludge accumulating inside pump tank.  It is not normal for an Ecopod to ever have any odors which many standard ATU's cannot make this claim.  It is usually blamed on the homeowner.  If you want the best system on the market here it is. 

Go Longer Between pumping's or sludge removal.  The quality of water going to pump tank is super cleaned up due to the technology in this system and larger trash tank.  You can go up to twice as long between pumpout's with normal usage.  Pumping is easy and media just needs to be sprayed down while pumping so no special tools or equipment needed.

With the use of Polypropylene tanks there is no potential for cracking or degrading of tanks which is common with concrete.  Our Infiltrator tanks a rated for 1 ft more burial depth than your common concrete tank.  They withstand harsh sewage conditions and can last a lifetime which concrete cannot.  We do however have concrete options available.

With the use of IM Tanks there is no need for heavy crane trucks to destroy driveways and yards.  Most all tanks can be thrown on a trailer and easily handled by hand or small piece of equipment. Many configurations on how setting tanks such as side by side etc and various tank sizes available.

Easy to inspect and maintain.  Very little sludge or debris will ever make it to your pump tank so the pumps last longer and usually never need to be cleaned.  Regenerative blowers are used not air compressors.  There is a simple filter that can be changed out or cleaned on site other than that these air compressors last 3-4 times as long as your typical air compressor.
